The reception staff Mr Muhammad harun and Mr Ali and Mr Gagdas were very nice and helpful, very clean and warm and quiet.

We traveled to Istanbul as a family for the first time for vacation. During this time, we made sure to prioritize our children's comfort. That’s why we chose to stay at Four Sides Şişli Hotel, as we were confident it was a family-friendly place. The location of the hotel is excellent and very central — close to both bus stops and metro stations. The breakfast offers a variety of food, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel staff are extremely kind and always smiling. They were ready to help with anything we needed. They even told us they would be happy to change our room if we weren't satisfied with it. Some of the staff members we would especially like to thank are Ali, Hüseyin, Ufuk, and Nurullah — they were all incredibly helpful and attentive. During our stay, we also celebrated my wife’s birthday. The hotel staff surprised us with a cake topped with candles and a lovely handwritten note delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it truly made us feel valued and cared for during our time there. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone — we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Sides Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room, bathroom, and bed linen were all clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping changed the towels and bed linen every day, and we always had complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and Nescafé sachets restocked in the room. Breakfast was included in the price, which is a big plus – the food was fresh and more than decent. The staff even helped us call taxis whenever we needed, as we didn’t go sightseeing on foot. The room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh towels and linens. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and a firm mattress. The room temperature was perfect, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful. The concierge gave great recommendations for local restaurants, and the check-in process was smooth. Excellent location, right in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to public transport and walking distance from major attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of items.
