The location of the hotel was excellent, the access to everything was excellent, the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Alev,had a great attitude and guided the customers if needed, also in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms, thank you very much to the hotel staff.

The room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh towels and linens. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and a firm mattress. The room temperature was perfect, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful. The concierge gave great recommendations for local restaurants, and the check-in process was smooth. Excellent location, right in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to public transport and walking distance from major attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of items.

The hotel has a very good location, close to bus stops, subway station, a shopping mall etc. Several cafes and restaurants around. It also has underground parking, although it is a bit challenging to go in and out, and a good option considering parking issues in Istanbul. The staff was very kind and caring. The breakfast includes options for different tastes, so it was enough for us. Our room was in the last (6th) floor with two balconies, which was quite nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Rather away from the main touristic area, but a good location after all. Close to public transportation and very close to a large boulevard with a lot of shopping facilities. A lot of small and nice restaurants in the proximiry of the hotel. A very big plus for the parking facility, for those travelling by car. Generous bufet for breakfast. Extremely helpful personnel. Muhamad, one of the receptionists, helped us a lot with parking the cars and was extremely responsive to our requests. I would like to express our appreciation for all his help and support!
